Stress is a common experience that robs us of our ability to enjoy our life, work efficiently and leads to ill health, unhappiness and problems in our relationships.

In this course we will not only learn methods that will enable us to unravel the tension in our mind, but that also remove the causes of stress. By learning how to respond to life’s challenges with a peaceful, positive attitude we will be able to prevent stress arising again in the future. We can enjoy a life without stress.

The Teacher:
Birgit Saunders is a sincere Buddhist Kadampa practitioner who has been teaching for many years. Birgit shares Buddha’s teachings with clarity and kindness.
