Wondering what Aikido is? Try a one-hour class for free. Anyone of reasonable fitness can participate.

The class will consist of warm up exercises and stretches followed by learning how to fall backwards and application of basic Aikido techniques.

For more information and to register your interest email lyn@aikido.org.nz or phone Andrew - 565 1055.

Training in Aikido is fun and improves coordination, balance, posture and lots more. It does not depend on your size or strength, so it is suitable for all ages, women and men.

Contemporary Aikido focuses on self-development through the practice and study of traditional self-defence techniques in a safe, non-aggressive and non-competitive environment.
