This is an interactive, practical and informative workshop with loads of tips and strategies to make toilet training easier.

It covers:
- Child's physical developmental readiness for toilet training
- Explore issues such as - gender differences, bedwetting, when to go to the doctor if concerned, what to do if a child has lots of accidents or refuses to use the toilet
- How to positively reinforce behaviour and motivate a child to want to use the loo
- Equipment needed to toilet train effectively including a critique of different items available on the market in NZ
- Three different methods based on research and experience that parents can use and adapt to meet their child’s and family needs
- Question and answer time where parents can ask their questions (no question is too small)
