Guitar player, singer, teacher and Musical Director Stephen Galvin is a local legend. Veteran of rock, blues, jazz, big-band, classical music and music-theatre with the Stevie G Band he fronted and presented his showcases at the Russian Club in Newmarket for over six years, featuring local singers and instrumentalists. His musical credentials are impressive, having performed with the best of local jazz and pop musicians, for over four decades.

Benedict Hagar: Benedict is a real musician. His melodic bass lines and virtuosic solo skills reinforce the strength and majesty of the low-down, dependable, all about the bass warmth that underpins the magnificence of the Residentz' sonic artistry.

Commanding attention from the throne of percussion, Neil Stewart is a musical prodigy and veteran of epic New Zealand bands (Alien Blade, Slam, Take Note, Stevie G Band). Blessed with an extraordinary sense of rhythm, time, and prodigious memory he combines skill and technique from the stage and studio to lay down the back beat of this entertaining musical act.

“Inspired to create a quality music experience that is uplifting, fun and seriously good from the first note to the last spectacular finish, people come, listen to the music, eat, drink, dance, leave with a smile on their face and go home satisfied after hearing real musicians."
