The Hipstamatics:
Hipstamatics are an expanding 10-piece who turn iconic songs into soulful, funky anthems. Made up from a collective of creatives, international seasoned players and soulful singers including; Cam Sangster (Drums), Carla James (vocals, worked with Tahuna Breaks, Big Pop Studios Printz (Black Eyes Peas), Dillon Riesterer (Vocals/Percussion - Billy TK Snr, Harvey Knows A Killer), Jonathan Brittain (Trombone - has played with his hero Fred Westly, Nicky Bomba from the John Butler Trio. Michael Barker from Split Endz and more), Liam Pram (Guitarist & runner of Fuzzy Vibes K’Road)

Lou'ana Pereira-Dinan (Honed her vocal skills performing in big bands to funk to jazz and Samoan fusion bands), Moses Sulusi (Bass - accompanied many high-class acts such as Frankie Stevens, Annie Crummer & Hollie Smith, member of the Navy Band & acclaimed percussion group Strike.) Finn Scholes (Trumpet and leander of supreme skills to the likes of Tiny Ruins, Batucada Sound Machine, Lawrence Arabia, Neil Finn, Gin Wigmore, The Rodger Fox Big Band and The Auckland Chamber Orchestra. Currently he is the leader of Auckland's band 'Carnivorous Plant Society)Peter Leupolu (Keys) & Thabani Gapara (The Zimbabwean born Saxophonist has played with a vertibale feat of bands both since arriving in NZ, Katchafire, MaVelle, Batucada, House Of Shem and many more, as well as playing with several bands in South Africa)

The Hipstamatics sound and style is based on '60s and '70s Motown acts such as Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye, Aretha Franklin and Diana Ross.
