An inspiring day for you to focus on your health and wellbeing, facilitated by respected health experts Sarah Percy, Registered Dietitian and Sarah Donaldson, Clinical Psychologist.

With interactive sessions and the opportunity to reflect, you will leave with a toolbox of tips and techniques to bring more balance into your life.

The day includes:
- Delicious yet nourishing meals (morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea).
- An interactive cooking demonstration with Sarah Percy, our in-house nutritionist/dietitian who will share some of her favourite recipes with you.
- A professionally tutored yoga class or energising vineyard walk.
- Practical health workshops (focusing on understanding nutrition for improved health and vitality, and find out the facts about what is really in our packaged and processed foods;
- Develop your own personalised, balanced meal plan to suit your individual food tastes and lifestyle; undertake a tailored and hands-on lifestyle review to help bring balance back into your life.)
- A deep breathing session to bring calm into your daily life.

The all-inclusive day is set in the grounds of the luxurious Peppers Parehua Estate, with rural and vineyard views, in the picturesque wine village of Martinborough. We look forward to having you join us for a day about you.
