Tea Retreats

Be motivated and inspired with a day out just for you to focus on your wellbeing in a beautiful setting with respected health experts Sarah Percy, Registered Dietitian and Sarah Donaldson, Clinical Psychologist. A fabulous introduction to the Tea Retreat philosophy of Think, Eat, Act - caring for your health in a holistic way using proven techniques for sustainable change.

The day includes: delicious yet nourishing meals (morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea); an interactive cooking demonstration with Sarah Percy, our in-house nutritionist/dietitian who will share some of her favourite recipes with you; a balancing yoga class or energising vineyard walk; health and wellbeing workshops focusing on nutrition for improved health and vitality, and strategies to build resilience and improve mood, sleep and stress levels for a more balanced life; a deep breathing exercise to bring clarity into your day and a take home folder full of tips, recipes and resources to carry in the health momentum at home.
