"Mindfulness empowers you to “respond” from your intentions to whatever is happening rather than “react” from your emotions".

Join me for a monthly "Time-In", an opportunity to relax completely in body and mind and go deep within to really get to know oneself.

With practice, we can bring awareness to what yoga calls the "Samskaras", (subconscious mental impressions that influence our personality, thoughts, and behaviours) allowing for mental purification and healing to take place.

True peace of mind comes when we can sweep away the residues of the past, find and face what is standing in our way and through acceptance, love, and forgiveness allow the true light of strength and happiness to shine through.

Sessions will begin with some physical movement and breath work to help relax and release the body-mind and move into seated or lying guided meditation.

A range of meditations will be offered over the sessions including Antar Moana and Yoga Nidra to learn the tools for inner journeying - equanimity and witness consciousness - in order to stay present during the meditation, facilitating insight for personal growth.

A safe and supportive space will be held for those wanting to explore within and engage the inner work.
