We rely on internet technology in all aspects of our lives: social communication, news and research, banking, business processes, the storage of vital information, and much more.

There are huge benefits from using the internet, but the increased exposure also creates increased vulnerabilities. This is why cyber safety is increasingly important to everyone, for protecting both your privacy and property. During October Hutt City Libraries is hosting a series of talks and workshops all about cyber safety.
