This series of tiny talks that teach us to compassionately care for our health and the planet. It is like a care and feeding guide for your beautiful body and the luscious earth it plays on.

This talk is for you if you:
- Work so hard that you forget to take care of yourself.
- Scoffed when I called your body beautiful (it is okay most westerners do… a few of the talks will challenge you to expand your thinking in this area).
- Want to learn to be more comfortable in the skin you are in.
- Ever worry about your health or the health of the planet.
- Ever wonder how they might be connected.
- Feel like your mojo is more like lowjo.

Topics covered at this event will be:
- Kirstie Cleary - Essensual Ayurveda - "What is your body type and how does it affects your health? (Doshas)"
- Mandi Lynn - "Mojo Midwifery and the Inner World Tour"
- Thom Adams - Sustainability Trust - "Our stuff, Our Waste"
- Dave Treadwell - Ecoseeds - Seeds of the Future
- Alex Rodrigues - 5 Rhythms Dance - Dancing your way back to you
- Stella Mackey - World of Smackey, MomBlogger and Burlesque performer - "Body Love after Babies"

The talks are being given PechaKucha style which means that each speaker will present for approximately 7 minutes. 20 slides. 20 seconds per slide. Distilled wisdom. Visual Poetry. Like a chocolate box of inspiring thoughts.

Visual Stories + Oral Stories:
The talks are held in a preview of an art exhibition created by Mandi Lynn. A modern take of an ancient framework for balanced living.

The exhibition she is building is her Magnum Opus called "Block and Flow: An Inner World Tour". When it is completed, it will tell twenty-one visual stories. Fourteen ways to become unbalanced. Seven ways to get stuff done and be happy. Currently, seven of the images have been completed and will be on display at the Woolstore Building Gallery.

The Exhibition is already Winning Awards.
The Block and Flow Exhibition has already won 3 Gold medals at the New Zealand National Photography Awards and it is only 1/3rd of the way to completion. This lecture series doubles as a fundraiser to complete the exhibition and enable more people to take their own inner world tour.
