"Ability is no limit to adventure!"

Was a motto that Samuel Gibson lived by. Sam had a fatal accident during the Hawke's Bay Half Marathon while training for his "Alps to Ocean" run and roll that was due to take place later this year.

The 300km "Roll and Roll" was to raise funds for a two year old boy in Christchurch called Ryuki who has the same rare brittle bone condition that Samuel had. Samuel wanted to make sure that Ryuki had the same opportunities that he did by helping raise the funds to convert his house and make it wheelchair friendly.

We would like to honour our friend Samuel and help finish what he started. Together we can put a big dent in the $50,000 he wanted to raise for Ryuki. We invite all of you to come and join us to "Ride for Ryuki" on June 10th.

Neil Wagstaff (owner-operator Peak Fitness & Health) will be riding for 12 hours non-stop, and welcomes anyone to join him who wishes to remember Samuel and support his mission to help Ryuki. Bikes can be booked for 1-hour slots from 6am-6pm for a $20 donation. We encourage any of you to join us who want to push your own limits, come ride for as long as you can.

To conclude the day we will be holding a silent auction plus there will be a number of prize raffle draws for which you can purchase tickets in the club.

Come join us in our Ride for Ryuki, remembering Samuel Gibson.
