“Where are we heading with Bowel Cancer Research.” - Professor Frank Frizelle, University of Otago.

The Canterbury region has alarming statistics for the incidence of Bowel cancer. Professor Frank Frizelle of Otago University leads a team of researchers looking for answers to the many questions that still remain about the causes, environmental and lifestyle factors and the important role of early detection and intervention.

Come and listen to Professor Frizelle highlight the current research and what is to come and provide advice on the lifestyle choices we all need to make to lower our chances of getting bowel cancer.

Please join the Canterbury Medical Research Foundation at 6pm. Complementary refreshments will be served.
