This course will look at the essential relationship between the quality of our diets and its reflection in our overall health, and the health of our children, and grandchildren. You’ll learn the principles of a traditional diet, as documented by Weston A Price, and how to put that into practice in our world today.
We'll make the following:
- Basic Cheeses: Paneer, feta, soft kefir cheese
- Correctly prepare grains, nuts, seeds and create recipes from them
- Kombucha
- Lacto ferments
- Milk Kefir
- Sourdough Bread
- Vinegars
- Water Kefir
