Parkinson’s Central Plateau Division invites you to attend our one-day seminar on Hope, Positivity and Coping.

Come along to meet and listen to three outstanding speakers:
- Lucy Hone - Grief and Resilience Psychology: Author of NZ bestselling nonfiction Novel ‘What Abi Taught Us, strategies for resilient grieving.’

- Robin Matthews - senior Speech-Language Therapist, PhD student at the University of Auckland and has worked in adult neuro-rehabilitation in the UK and NZ.

- Ann Andrews - Author of ‘Positively Parkinson’s’ and ‘Grandma's Brain’.

A must-attend event for anyone living with or caring for someone with a long-term illness or disability or anyone living with loss and grief.
