Collection of short films - 'Chopin’s Warsaw' - 30 minutes.

See Poland's capital city Warsaw, past and present, through Chopin’s eyes and discover where Poland’s greatest composer spent his youth.

English subtitles.

A delightful musical journey.

'Wieliczka, the salt of the Earth' - 30 minutes
Visit this historic salt mine a few miles from Wawel Castle near Krakow. Opened now for almost 1000 years, it has been placed on UNESCO’s first World Heritage list. Today Wieliczka welcomes us to marvel at its treasures, a monument to the work of both man and nature.

'The art of sharing: Poland for world heritage' - 15 minutes
This short documentary is about Polish archaeologists and their work in Poland and around the world, including the rebuilding of Warsaw, Egyptology and work in South America.

You are welcome to visit the museum before or after the film.

The Polish Museum is for all New Zealanders' "GLAM" Gallery, Library, Archive, Museum.

Howick is a destination that offers variety including Howick beach, Stockade Hill, various Fencible sites and historical walks, All Saints Church, Uxbridge Creative Arts Centre, Te Tuhi Gallery and Howick Historical Village.

The quaint Howick village shops are a 5-minute walk from the museum and the Botany Town Centre is a 10-minute drive.
