Antony Penrose will talk at the New Zealand Portrait Gallery about his childhood memories of his playmates Pablo Picasso and Joan Miro.

Antony, the son of photographer Lee Miller and painter and writer Roland Penrose, will talk about some of the stories behind The Boy Who bit Picasso and Miro’s Magic Animals and his childhood growing up with the famous artists.

This will be a lively talk for children and adults, and will go for approximately 30 mins. The Boy Who bit Picasso will be available to purchase from the publisher at the gallery.
