Pattern Making - How to copy your favorite garment without unpicking it.

3 sessions to copy your favorite garment (blouse, dress, shirt).

That class is for everybody who has done the beginners level of Pattern making. You will use your own block (made on your measurement) and apply the fundamental of patternmaking to reproduce your favorite garment.

The first session will be centered on analyzing the construction and trace the outlines of your garment. We will apply those outlines to your block to have a perfect fit.

The second session will be to learn what is on your garment and not included in the beginners level course. It will be learning something new.

A toile will be made after that second session.

The last session will be for the finishing, facing and sewing tips to make you turn your pattern into your dream garment.

Sewing knowledge is not a prerequisite but would help you in drafting the pattern.

Rulers, curves, notches and wheels and paper are supplied in the class. You will have to supply the calico and the fabric.

Pattern Making is a rare skill. Get in touch with me if you are interested.
