Artweek Parnell

Welcome to Parnell - the creative quarter! Visit Parnell to experience art in an array of forms and be delighted with the number of galleries all within easy walking distance.

Artweek in Parnell is 8-16 October and promises to be a visual feast. The Art of Food will have your taste buds salivating this Artweek in Parnell. You are warmly invited to join us for something a little bit ‘Parnell’ different as we combine our love affair with the culinary and the artistic. Feed the mind and nourish the soul as galleries take on a ‘culinary’ theme in collaboration with our week known as The Art of Food.

Book yourself on an art bike tour between Parnell and Ponsonby on Saturday 8th, visit exhibitions to view the fine art, modern and contemporary art on a show or be part of a walking tour. There is something for everyone to engage with.

Enjoy the visual celebration, pop into one of the many cafés or restaurants to sample their best menu item, then head back for more. Attend a workshop on the application of gold leaf or enjoy listening to the artist and the chef in their collaboration of Pasture to Paper.

You’re invited to participate, experience, learn and appreciate what Parnell has to offer during Artweek Parnell. Full programme available at the website.
