On The Shore of the Wide World by Simon Stephens and Directed by Lindsey Rusling.

Something is about to happen that will change one family forever.

Set over the course of nine months, "On the Shore of the Wide World" is an epic play about love, family, Roy Keane and the size of the galaxy. Simon Stephen’s “kitchen-sink” drama focuses on three generations of the Holmes family in Stockport, England and examines the persistent dreams and struggles facing each generation.

"On the Shore of the Wide World" takes its title from the poem "When I have Fears that I may Cease to Be" by John Keats and won the Laurence Olivier Award for Best New Play in 2006.
