Hi ladies, are there any mums to be in this group that want to do some fitness and strength training to maintain a healthy pregnancy? I am 21 weeks now and still go to the gym 5 days a week and never ever feel any problems or pain. My posture is great due to the strength and fitness so it all helps. Want to get a group of ladies training and keeping fit. Let me know if you are keen! smile emoticon Thanks
