This course gives you the background, science, practices and techniques to guide Mindfulness
groups and to establish a regular practice yourself. Mindfulness is gaining recognition as a resource to improve people’s ability to deal with stress, pressure, anxiety, improve attention and maintain mental, physical and emotional balance.

The course is based on the successful programme that Mindful NZ Schools has been running in the past four years as well as the latest research and techniques for teaching mindfulness designed by the original MBSR members who trained with Jon Kabat-Zinn.

This is an interactive course covering theory, activities and practices. Participants get the opportunity to ‘teach/guide’ classes for first-hand experience.

May 25-26. This course is suitable for all- beginners and more experienced people. You can attend sessions; morning or afternoon or do the full 2 day training.

Book at: 021 238 7799 or email: rita@mindfulnzschools.co.nz.
