How can we slow down and be present in the midst of our everyday working and parenting lives, which are so often busy and demanding?

This very popular 6-week course provides participants with a solid foundation in what mindfulness is, with practical instruction on how to integrate it into our daily lives. There is plenty of time in each class to receive instruction, ask questions, and practice meditation as part of a group in a straight-forward way.

Email Natasha@mindfulliving.co.nz to register. Learn mindfulness with a very experienced teacher, with over 16 years deep embodied experience, lots of retreat time and local mindfulness teacher in Tauranga since 2008.

This in-depth course is suitable for everyone, including practitioners in health and education settings, parents, people experiencing stress, anxiety or depression, people with pain or illness, and those who are interested in their wellbeing and would like to learn how to calm the mind and body, and live more fully in the present moment.

Course includes hand-outs of weekly topics, web-links to guided practices, email follow-ups with links to further information on key themes, and recommended reading list. $239 for two-hour classes each week over 6 weeks.
