An open and relaxed environment to learn, practice and share meditation/mindfulness practice with others in the Pukekohe area.

This is a six-week rotating meditation and mindfulness practice with a different theme each week (Mindful Body, Mindful Mind, Mindful Eating etc). Absolute beginners and well-practiced meditators welcome.

The next six-week "One Life - Mindful Meditation" Classes will commence in Papakura on September 14th, 2016. (Classes also available Pukekohe commencing September 12th).
