The is a 10-week programme designed for men who want to achieve a change in their fitness levels, control their weight, gain some body shape change and train with other people who are want to achieve similar goals.

The programme is specifically tailored for each person and if followed could help you achieve some life changing training concepts. Men with Guts is run at your level and at your speed and requirements. With simple cardio and fitness training plans and training a minimum of 3 times a week this could be a way to help your health.

The Fitness Centre has just received and lot of new equipment and has been a part of the Hamilton community since 1920. The YMCA is a charity and we are here for and to be part of the community.
