This programme is a 10-week training programme specifically designed for woman who want to change their lifestyle and health. The programme is designed to develop small changes and set manageable goals that help you to understand our training plans. Being a member of a Fitness Centre shouldn't be a burden, it should be an enjoyable experience and one that helps you get results. This will include an induction and then assessment so the programme will meet your needs.

The Lips and Hips programme is a written training programme with regular review periods and the introduction of new equipment and technique challenges to help you meet the goals you have set. We will also have nutrition advice available as part of the programme too.

You will have full use of the Fitness Centre with no limitations on visits occurrences or times to visit, and access to all the group fitness classes we run, including boxing as a training option. There are no other strings attached to this offer. Our goal as the Hamilton YMCA is to help our community be healthier which in turn will provide the potential for a better more active lifestyle. If you can commit to three training sessions a week and follow the simple programme we know you will benefit in many ways.

The Hamilton YMCA Fitness centre has just be re-equiped with a large range of the latest training equipment and has a large friendly layout.

You can join the programme anytime in June and the 10 weeks will apply from your joining date.
