Dementia can be a barrier to maintaining activities both in the home and in the community. Come and learn some ideas to help boost the confidence and self-esteem of a person with dementia through activities.

Alzheimers Canterbury is a not-for-profit supporting people to live well with dementia. Through social work support, cognitive stimulation, volunteer services, and therapeutic community activity groups the aim is for people living with dementia to be able to continue to lead full-filling, happy lives in the comfort of their own homes for as long as possible. Community and business education is aimed to challenge stigma and create responsive, dementia-friendly communities.

Donations are welcomed.
