We wish to acknowledge the huge amount of work and commitment from sponsors, stall holders, musicians and volunteers.

Yes folks, the Kapiti Coast Festival incorporating Hospice Strawberry Festival is back for 2016 - bigger and better than the last!

There will of course be delicious strawberries and ice-cream, and this year, delicious new season asparagus cooked up by the Lewis family from Tendertips. Jo Seagar (Hospice NZ Ambassador and celebrity chef) will be demonstrating some great recipes and of course there will be games, rides, slides, plate smashing, plant sales, food stalls from amazing local producers and vendors, coffee carts and more being added to the list everyday!

The Homebrew Competition is now open! In it’s 2nd year, all entries will be judged by the award winning Tuatara team, with the winner getting to spend a day at the brewery learning the trade secrets. Enter online now via the home-brew competition button (kapiticoastfestival.nz)

There'll be a High Tea with Jo Seagar (Midday - 2pm). Tickets for this event are $40 and they need to be pre-purchased before the day. You will be driven to the Festival in a classic car, and then enjoy a delicious High Tea catered by Kapiti Cakes while listening to Jo’s stories from the kitchen. Email phillip.harris@marypotter.org.nz or phone him on 04 381 0191 to book - tickets are limited!

Kapiti Coast Festival is a really fun day for the whole family - and for a very good cause with all money raised going to Mary Potter Hospice!

Bring your friends and family and let’s make it the biggest festival yet with the biggest result for Mary Potter Hospice.
