Kadampa Meditation Centre Wellington offers Simply Meditate weekly lunchtime and evening classes in Ngaio, Willis Street and Paraparaumu. These classes provide an opportunity to learn both basic and advanced meditation skills in a relaxed setting.
Each week a new meditation is explained and you will be guided through the meditation. At the end of the class, there is the opportunity to ask questions and discuss common problems that occur during meditation both in the class and when practising at home.
These classes are great for anyone who would like to introduce regular meditation to their life and experience the many benefits of having a peaceful mind. They are suitable for everyone, from complete beginners through to advanced practitioners. Everyone is welcome, booking is not required.
