After a year of tremendous success holding a series of Journey of Self Discovery Program in Wellington CBD, we are now extending this program to the Lower Hutt community.

The program focuses mainly on following 4 aspects:

- Calming the mind by teaching the participants, the process of Mantra meditation. This technique improves the emotional resilience of the participants by reducing stress, anxiety, anger & makes them calm, peaceful, relaxed & happy.
- Sharpening of the intelligence through group discussions, powerpoint presentations on thought provoking topics like what is the quest of human life? What are the roadblocks to our Happiness? Am I this body or a spirit soul? What is Karma & how does it work? Why do bad things happen to good people? What is the real meaning of yoga? What are the different types of yoga? Which is the best method of yoga?
- Purifying the body & consciousness by eating karma-free food & learning to give up bad habits like intoxication, gambling, animal cruelty, etc.
- Connecting the soul with the Supreme Soul through the process of Bhakti-Yoga (topmost yoga system as recommended in Bhagavad Gita)

Highlights of the program:
- Melodious kirtan.
- Mantra Meditation.
- Group discussions.
- Interactive presentations.
- Free wholesome vegetarian dinner will be provided at the end of the program for the attendees.
