The International Food Design Conference and Studio 2016 celebrates “The Human Touch’ applied throughout the food chain.

Join us on Thursday 30 June for day one of the conference focusing on technical cookery skills and hands-on workshops. Highlights from the programme include:
Keynote address by Nigerian chef Michael Elegbede
Nigerian cuisine workshopSilver Fern Farms Venison workshop
Working with River Road Périgord Black Truffles workshop
Whitestone Cheese workshop
Emerson's beer and spirits workshop with Richard Emerson
