The International Food Design Conference and Studio 2016 celebrates “The Human Touch’ applied throughout the food chain.

Join us on Friday 1 July for day one of the conference focusing New Zealand's culinary story. workshops. Highlights from the programme include:
Keynote address by TV chef, cookbook author, TV presenter Al Brown.
Maori cuisine workshop by Monique Fiso and Kane Bambery of Hia Kai
Aaron Freeman (MKR NZ, owner Tātou Pacific Cuisine) workshop
Giulio Sturla (Roots, Lyttleton – 2015 Cuisine Restaurant of the Year) workshop
Emerson’s ‘Sneak Preview Brewery tour’
Foraging trip with Peter Langlands
