A one day family friendly event; with children’s activities, spot prizes, great food, live music, talks and workshops on topics such as; how to make your own garden sustainable, how to avoid food waste and how to compost your waste correctly.

Here is the programme:

1PM – Pam Warhurst, Incredible Edibles Story.
1.30PM – Initiation to Permaculture.
2PM – Foraging Weeds Walk.
2.30PM – Introduction to Sustainable Gardening.
3PM – Preserving Food.
3.30PM – Hayley Marie using leftovers in the kitchen.
4PM – The need to eat clean: why regulators can’t claim conventional food is safe.
4.30PM – Composting & Worm farming.
