In this 2-hour class you will start to learn the skills to create the perfect food and wine matches from Master of Wines Bob Campbell. Bob Campbell is known as New Zealand's chief wine educator and was just the second New Zealander to achieve the Master of Wine qualification. He's also very well known beyond NZ in Australia, Singapore, Malaysia and London where he runs wine courses and seminars. He will be working with Collected to run a series of Wine Masterclasses.

In this 2 hour session you will move beyond the basic understanding of matching wine with food and truly develop skills to impress your dinner guests and educate the palate.

What you'll learn:
- Why different foods can make wines taste different.
- The fundamental guidelines of food and wine matching.
- How sweetness in food impacts on wine.
- How acidity in food impacts on wine.
- How foods with uncoagulated protein can make red wine taste better.
- Come and enjoy a delightful evening with Bob and develop your wine and food matching skills.

Location: Just off Carlton Gore Road, with dedicated Collected customer parking right next door, or pay and display parking on the surrounding main roads.

All materials and wines are included. Bring a creative mind and your sense of fun. Light refreshments included. Every participant takes home a great bag of gifts and special offers.

Strictly limited to only 20 places.

Thanks Resene and Collected.
