Are you needing to bring more peace into your life, to be able to hear your inner self, to know and connect with your own wisdom on a deeper level, to fully relax and let go of daily tension and noise?

This weekend is the perfect way to have some space for yourself, to be cared for, relax and rest. Within the demands of life we all need time to renew ourselves, to be with our own thoughts and feelings, to know truly how we are.

Held in the beautiful and peaceful gardens of the Balanced Living Centre, this lovely and complete weekend has everything needed to relax and renew your whole self - body, mind and spirit. To help you to re-balance and to let go of any stress and tension, clear worries and emotions and so allow refreshment and new energy to flow in.

The weekend includes a Holistic Energy Balancing healing treatment on the Saturday and the option to take a meditation and mindfulness course on the Friday evening. In these sessions you will learn easy to use and effective balancing and awareness techniques - to help you to stay calm and balanced, to relax and feel more on top of things, so that you can then take this more fully into your life.

We have a beautiful meditation room and you are welcome to join in meditation both morning and evening, there are also many beautiful contemplation areas in the garden. We have a small library of Spiritual books, you may go for walks, soak in the bath or simply relax. All for only $290 which includes healthy vegetarian meals, two nights accommodation, and a healing treatment. The Pure Meditation Foundation Course is an additional $90 including a course book, handouts and ongoing support. The retreat finishes after lunch on Sunday.
