Grab the opportunity to join an exclusive cooking class with internationally acclaimed New Zealand chef Monique Fiso. Monique has spent the last seven years honing her craft in some of New York’s top restaurants, many of them Michelin starred including PUBLIC and the Musket Room and for one class only, she is here at F.A.W.C! and will teach you to cook and plate like a pro. She’ll share insights into Michelin level cooking and demonstrate two recipes that you can cook in your own kitchen before giving the all important plating up tips. And as an added bonus, the Sileni winemakers will be on hand to show you how to match the menu to the perfect wine.

Ticket includes cooking class, two glasses of wine and menu tasters.

Make your way to Hawke’s Bay this June for Winter F.A.W.C! for four fabulous weekends of ‘out of the box’ food and wine events set in some of Hawke’s Bay’s most stunning locations. Hunker down with roaring fires, musical notes and endless lashings of local produce prepared in warming ways. Glasses of rich, full bodied reds will be taking centre stage as Hawke’s Bay’s food and wine heroes strut their stuff at over 55 events.
