Keynote presentation.

Well known ASB Chief Economist, Nick Tuffley, will provide an update and outlook for the New Zealand economy including:
- The fluid global environment in 2016 may still have a few surprises in store: will Hillary Clinton be trumped? How much will Brexit hurt the UK? How are China and the US holding up?
- Locally, the economy has a few challenges, like low dairy prices and high house prices.
- But aside from that, there are a number of industries and regions that are doing relatively well.
- Inflation, though, is almost non-existent, giving the Reserve Bank some scope to keep cutting interest rates.
- Housing risks will, however, remain a bit of a constraint on how far the Reserve Bank is prepared to go, even with a strong NZ dollar hampering its efforts.

Short reports - a series of short, sharp reports and updates.

The changing face of Tech Law and the impact on governance and compliance - Dennis Murray, MyLawGuide.com.

Cybersecurity update - Mark Micklefield, Kaon Security Professional Services.
