Crowdfunding is the act of getting many small contributions from a large number of people to finance a project.

In recent years, sites like Kickstarter, Indiegogo, PledgeMe and GiveALittle have raised millions of dollars for creative, community, and entrepreneurial projects. But with a failure rate of over 50%, how do you successfully fund your next project or venture online through the crowd?

Crowdfunding strategist, Kat Jenkins, has been helping people raise money online for over 2 years. In that time she has helped raise over $1.2 million dollars for nearly 50 campaigns including films, businesses, and community projects.

In this workshop, Kat will show you what to expect during a crowdfunding campaign, and how to successfully raise money for your next project.
The course will cover:
- What is crowdfunding?
- Introduction to popular platforms
- How every (successful) project runs
- What to expect when your crowdfunding
- Fixing the right goal
- Building and activating your crowd
- What makes a good reward
- How to make an effective video and description
- Effective promotion

Participants will also be provided with a download code to gain access to Kat's proven templates and worksheets to help make planning and running their own campaign super-simple (value: $19.99).
