Curious Cook

During this intensely practical, hands-on workshop, you will be guided through each step of the cheese making process while making your very own round of Brie. You will also get to take the cheese that you created, home to show off!

All ingredients are provided and you will go home with the recipe and a full set of course notes. You will also receive comprehensive instruction on how to brine and then mature your cheese over the coming weeks.

During the workshop, the following topics will also be covered, milk and where to source it, hygiene and sanitation and the origins of the cheese you are about to make.

Not only that, I will also demonstrate how to make halloumi cheese which will then be grilled for you to enjoy!

Please note that a small lunch break is provided and cheese making supplies will be available to purchase after the workshop.
