Bluebells will be holding its first 8-course tasting menu by paying homage to Italian cuisine.

Join us for a night of cheekiness and banter as Ian takes us through his culinary version of the 'The Italian Job' showcasing many of his favourite dishes developed throughout his career.

With Spring underway the menu will be influenced by light shoots, greens, seedlings, seafood, game meats, and lots of vibrant colour and texture.

This is an event for the wholehearted carnivore. Unfortunately, we will not be able to cater for dietary requirements including vegetarians, vegans or fancy pants paleo diets.

This is a unique event for Bluebells as we have been given the opportunity and pleasure to have Thorsten Koehler from The Big Little Vineyard & Kemp Wine Merchants, take us through the wine flight and wine matches throughout the evening.

Due to the nature of the event we please ask that you and your guests arrive as per the reservation time. We are unable to hold meals for late arriving guests on your table.
