Being Still and Mindful for 5-8 Year Olds

For 5 -12 year olds, to help them towards mindfulness in all of life and give them ways of understanding their feelings and how to deal with them. A simple meditative practice will be taught with practical applications for school, home, sleep and leisure activities. The cost per two sessions.

Learn to:
- Use your own mind power.
- Find your inner treasure.
- Develop your mind muscles.
- Train your brain.
- Have fun.

For parents ~ three quarters of an hour to curl up with a book, relax with a cuppa or stroll in the gardens.
