Feminism, science fiction, politics, physical ailment and frailty are some of the themes that are manifest in the art of Andrea du Chatenier. Each of her creations reveal the weirdness of being human in some way. Waikato-born du Chatenier now lives and works in Whanganui and is a lecturer at UCOL.

Hear Andrea talk about her artworks and join her for a cup of tea and a slice: http://waikatomuseum.co.nz/exhibitions-and-events/view/2145882818/taking-tea-with-the-artist-andrea-du-chatenier
