Please bring a Yoga mat or towel to practice, a warm blanket for relaxation and wear comfy clothes you can stretch in. Limited mats available.

I am an experienced and trained Hatha Yoga teacher (IYTA), I have a teaching children Yoga certificate, and a first aid certificate. Youth Yoga classes also available.
