A Practical Guide to Personal Freedom is a 7-week personal development programme.

The objective is to create space for new awareness, perspectives and insights. Our reality is not external objective 'truth' but our perception and filter of our experiences in the world. With new awareness and insights we are empowered and can choose how to view and respond to events in our lives, in ways that are more positive and transforming. This in turn can have a flow on effect to our families, community and Palmerston North as a whole."

"Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom." - Viktor E. Frankl

Be Free is a newly formed Community Organisation by workshop facilitators and life coaches. This 7-week programme will combine presentations, guest speakers, activities and group discussion.

Some core themes covered include: sabotaging beliefs, anxiety and depression, your subconscious mind, self-esteem, self-care, problem solving, learning to say “no”, goal setting, listening and communication skills, assertiveness, personal empowerment, positive beliefs, thoughts, and awareness.

Light lunch and other refreshments also included!
