All information presented is based on research from universities and researchers around the world.

Presenters are Rebecca Scheibmair: a registered clinical psychologist and Helen Duyvestyn: a registered nurse and life coach, with special guest speaker: Rebecca Stafford (Ph.D. in Health Psychology).
