Sun Hyland and Chakradhyan present a 4 day lifestyle retreat set on a crystal mountain top 2000 feet above sea level overlooking the beautiful Golden Bay, New Zealand.

Sun Hyland, author of the vegetarian cookbook ‘Loving Good Food’, is a well known chef-of-choice to the yoga and meditation community in Australia. At the retreat he will share some secrets of creating mouth-watering vegetarian delights in hands on workshops and presentations. Sun is also an acclaimed Kirtan artist who performs regularly in Melbourne.

Chakradhyan is the founder of the Chant Yoga - Kirtan and Sound Meditation School in Melbourne and teaches throughout Australasia. He is also the founder of the Chant and Chai Cartel, Melbourne’s longest running, successful Kirtan and chant collective nights

The retreat will include the following:

- Yogic sound meditation classes
- Hatha Yoga and sound sessions
- Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep meditation)
- Singing workshops
- Fire ceremony (Havan)
- Cooking Workshops to enliven the soul and heal the body
- Lots of Kirtan!

The highlight of the retreat will be a 5 hour kirtan on the Saturday night. There will also be an opportunity for bush walking, permaculture -in-practice and an additional one day post retreat tour of Golden Bay’s most unique attractions and secret spots.

Cost: $495 3 nights

Price include all food, shared accommodation, tuition and pick-up/drop off to Takaka (Takaka I-site office) at arranged times. Limited private room options are available, to find out more, please email us directly.
