The Voice of Selling is a relationship selling programme specifically tailored to the needs of telephone based sales professionals.

The Voice of Selling programme is centred on building Auditory Rapport and teaches participants how to overcome the knee-jerk reaction of "Hang up quickly! It's another telemarketer!" Once your staff are in rapport on the phone, they can easily uncover the needs of your clients.

The Voice of Selling is a complete and powerful relationship selling programme. Your staff gain valuable insights into how to deepen connection with your clients and how to sell without selling.

To assist participants to quickly internalise and integrate the training materials the sales program is broken into smaller units that are systematically taught using a generative learning approach. Each exercise builds on the last until the participants have mastered the entire program.
