Guest chef Thorsten Witzel is preparing a 5 course Wild food degustation that is full of fresh and feisty local ingredients that will free your taste buds and liberate your senses.

Enjoy each course perfectly matched with superb local wines by wine aficionado Yvonne ..

Last but not least, the evening will finish with an exclusive tasting of exquisite and unique single malt Whisky’s.
Our host, Paul Trass, brings with him knowledge collected through a lifelong appreciation of good Whisky. Paul is one of the founding members of the HB Whisky Appreciation Society who meet regularly to share their love of the Amber liquid.

Learn something about the history of Whisky and how to truly appreciate the characters of different drams from different regions, as Paul challenges your ‘nose’ and palate with a selection of single malts from the regions of Islay, Highland, Speyside and Ireland.

The Spring Fling is for people who seriously love to live and, as we Spring into the change of season it’s time to enjoy everything that is new and fresh! This is an opportunity for the whole of Central Hawke’s Bay to showcase the region as we offer a series of “Spring Fling” events. The Spring Fling is the time for new beginnings and fresh starts. The Spring Fling will happen during the month of September – Opening event Friday 4th – Closing event Sunday 27th September 2015.
