Sports Nutrition is equally as important as the psychology of sport and physical preparation.

Our short course will guide you through what you should eat before you work out or train and how you can better manage your post work out or training session through sensible nutrition choices.

Are you training for a sporting event and want to be in peek competitive condition, then we will be able to guide you through the food groups that will give you that competitive edge?

Are you a parent wanting to help your son or daughter by providing the best nutrition options to enhance their physical activates?

Do you want to take a good look at your current diet to ensure that you are eating the right foods to maximize your own weekly workouts?
