Jin Shin Jyutsu is an ancient Japanese Art of Wellbeing. At this basic self help level, practical and gentle application of hands to specific points on the body enables us to let go of stress, anxiety & pain, improve breathing and digestion and assist circulation. Aids all physical, mental, emotional conditions and brings relief from chronic and acute conditions.

How do our fingers relate to the rest of our body? What are Safety Energy Locks? How can these help us, help ourselves? We explore the history, application, qualities and depth of this unique healing Art and discover how this knowledge can begin to help us support all our body functions.

This workshop offers space for integrated learning through fun and relaxation; helping us re-establish our natural rhythm, restore energy, vitality and enthusiasm and aid with releasing old negative patterns, habits, transforming thoughts into positive expression.

This weekend offers us time to take a pause…Breathe, get in touch with who we are and most importantly, connect to the NOW. Suits all ages and abilities; especially beneficial for people in healthcare and care-giving roles… parents, grandparents, therapists, teacher, nurse etc..

Tuition: Adult Single - $120 ‘Bring a Friend’ - $90 (each) Students - $90

Class handouts are complimentary. We shall also refer to Mary Burmeister’s 3 self help text books…available to purchase on the day at $35, if you wish.
