Many of us race busily through the week. Perhaps we lurch from one activity to another, pushing through our days - stressed, anxious and feeling like we'll never get it done.

Sometimes, through this high energy life, our bodies and minds are desperate for some peace and some quiet. Sometimes it takes an injury or illness to get us to slow down and enjoy a calmer, more restful life. When we do calm down, our days can be lived in a more vivid, more easeful, less chaotic fashion. We can accept ourselves just as we are.

A calm, concentrated, relaxed body is the ideal environment for healing, as well as for learning and retaining new information.

This course will be a great start to enjoying your weekend. It is also excellent for anyone who enjoys healthy body activity and meditative calm. One need not be suffering to come along, but if you, are these classes could change your life.

Places are limited due to space restrictions so it is essential to enrol before the class starts.
